What should I do?

I added a fan to mine, but successfully hatched before that. I set the thermometer on top of the eggs in the middle of the batch. The temp was very stable. Maybe you need a new wafer.

Here's the inside you can see the two small computer fans I've installed inside the hardware cloth next to the thermostat unit.

I have a friend who set the same eggs at the same time and his started hatching . so he told me to check one and see what it looks like. I ended up checking them all . none of them developed they were all like a milky goo. so I guess I overheated the little guys. Man I feel bad. after turning by hand for 2 weeks and watching and waiting, nothing. Im going to try again but with a different bator or modify my old brower with a fan and a reliable thermometer. I guess I'll put in a new wafer. It seems to work good just my temps were all over the place on different thermometers.. I now have a Brinsea Spot Check should I just rely on it???
