What state are you in?? As soon as I saw that picture I thought, "Wow, if they are near by I will take a buy a few from them so they don't have so many. We don't have silkies yet."

I even went up to see if you were close to me. How dare you not put a location!

Yeah, this is why I have been staying away from TSC. Thankfully Atwoods is 30 minutes away or we would be in deep trouble.

Sorry Dobela, I'm in NW PA.

We are really getting attached to these sweet little gems. They are feisty, did not want to have their pasty butts cleaned and pecked with disapproval

From what I've read here, they seem like very docile, easy going chickens with quite a following, people love their Silkies (I can certainly see why)

yup, you have the chicken addict diease.......there is no cure but the only way to control this diease is to keep buying your self chicks or be like me and hatch eggs! BTW those are silkies because they have black skin and five toes!
