about 2 months ago i seen an ad on craigslist a gorl going to collage couldnt take her 3 pet rats with her and was looking for someone to watch them she said seh would pay for bedding and food and vet care. she was about 2 1/2 hours away so i didnt think nothing of it then about a week later she wrote a more desprate ad well ive had lots of experience careing for rats so i got a hold of her letting her know that if she was truly desprate i would help her out and watch them since i had once been in hte same situation with our dog we ended up having to rehome to dog and i hated it!
well she was so happy to find me and i took a trip up to pick them up (we only go up to that city about once a year since its a big city lots of confuseign roads and so far away. wel she gave me 8 dollars for the first week of watchign them i gave her my phone number and home address we e-mialed back and forth i sent pictures and videos to show her they were doing well then i told her i was out of bedding and needed more about 8 dollars would do fine sent her my address she wrote back telling me sure ill send it out tomorrow.
well apperantly tomorrow never came tis been 3 weeks and ive been e-mailing her everyday i told her i wasnt able to afford bedding for them every week and she said it was fine well now ive been having to buy bedding for them becuase she isnt! i even tried calling her and she has yet to answer either her phone or her voice mails!! im getting very angry and im almost tempted to keep the rats myself and not give them back if she refuses to send a few dollars for bedding heck i wouldnt even care if she sent bedding itself but i figure the shipping on a bag of bedding would be more exspensive then sending am oney order and i show her pictures every week! she would see i was useing the money for bedding and not somthing else! i mean what the heck would i use 8 dollars for anyways?? 8 dollars!? tis not like im asking for 20s here and there
im giving her the benefit of the doubt maybe she lost her internet and phone or somthing i dunno im getting quite frustrated here she offerd to pay me to care for them 10 dollars weekly i said no thats alright just food and bedding you dont need to pay me not like she would have ne ways it seems
