I am introducing a roo in my flock. This isn’t my first time, but I was wondering if I should use some other nutrition or something. I already feed my hens Purina layer feed. Anything else??

ThanksThe layer feed isn't high enough in protein for him and it has too much calcium for a male body that isn't expending calcium on egg making. He should eat an all flock feed.
Actually, the hens can eat the all flock feed, too, and you can feed them all the same thing, keeping your life simple. Supply oyster shell to the hens, and everyone will be squared away. This comes in handy if you ever have chicks in the flock. They shouldn't eat layer feed, either.
Neither should old hens that have stopped laying. Feeding an all flock feed such as Purina Flock Raiser solves all those issues. Many of us with mixed flocks just feed all flock feed to all the chickens and the layers get the calcium they need by eating oyster shell that's always available.
