What should I feed my turks?

Thanks for all of y'all's advice on my earlier post.

What do I feed my BBWs instead of turkey grower? They free range now but always have grower available.
Ideas? I don't want them getting any bigger - they are three months old, and I'm guessing between 10-15 pounds.

Maybe a gamebird or all-stock feed would work.
