What should I make for dinner?

I'm not picky what you make, but you have to make enough for all of us. We're leaving for your house, now.

My favorite easy, yummy, and healthy meal to cook on hot summer days is
take thick boneless chicken breasts, trim off fat, and slice into thinner cuts about 1/4 to half inch thick.
marinate for about 2 hours in an infusion of fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice, olive oil, water, a lot of fresh cilantro, and a lot of minced garlic, and of course salt and pepper to taste.
then grill.
My whole family loves it, I usually serve with rice and vegatables on the side.

Making chicken fatitas or chicken tacos. I didnt have any taco seasonings so I used salsa and boiled chicken in a crockpot with a bit of water. Hope it will turn out good!

Hi everyone! Sorry I didn't come on to let you know what I made, and I'm bookmarking this thread so I can eventually make all of the dishes you've suggested!!!

I intended to get cornish hens, but they didn't have any at the store so I got a regular chicken and roasted that with mashed potatoes. And you could have come over, a whole chicken is just waaay too much for the two of us. We'll be having leftover chicken for ever!

I have become addicted to this website called foodgawker.com It has millions of recipes for anything and everything. Most of them also give a step by step in pictures to help you along. I am a horrible cook, but the pictures really helped me out.

last night i made an AWESOME dish.

Put some butter in a frying pan. Add onions and cook till they are carmelized ( note, the first time i did this the other day to top burgers i learned Carmalized is NOT carbonized

)
Chop up some zuchinni and slice it semi thin... whatever shape you like. i did wedges. lol.
Chop a tomato ( or add sundried tomato paste)
pile in center of pan. crack an egg or two ontop...use spatchula to crack yolks, scramble while cooking.

IT'S SO GOOD.

I was bored and hungry today.

I had some feta cheese to use up before I buy a fresh container. I decided I really wanted one of the samples from Costco the other day, only home made

So I made a focaccia bread (love that Kitchenaid Mixer) http://allrecipes.com/recipe/focaccia-bread/detail.aspx

And
topped it with the feta, crushed garlic and bit of Parmesan

Yummy! Will be making that again with tomato soup (once we have too many garden tomatoes)
