keep it clean you can put neosporin and a gauge bandaid on it.

If you use Neosporin make sure to use one without a Pain Reliever in it.

i dont think i have any neosporin, i do have some genaric antibiotic cream, hydrogen peroxideproside, iodine, iso. alcohol just was not sure what was safe to use
