what should i use for raising my chicken coop off the ground?

I want my chicken coop to be off the ground but I don't know what to use I've heard of people using wood and or concrete blocks but I don't want to go that far. my chickens will not be free range chickens Btw.

I'm not really sure what options you would have other than wood or concrete blocks. A picture or description of what you have might help. I'm not trying to be difficult, but raising something off the ground is going to require some sort of something to raise it up with, that's usually going to be wood or concrete blocks. I suppose one might be able to figure out a way to use large rocks. If it's a really small coop you might be able to make legs out of PVC pipe for it or iron pipe. Stacking up old car tires maybe? That's what I can think of.

I used 3 piles 6"x 8" cement blocks. There is no need to worry about the wood got rotten. The space below fence with 1/2"
rabbit wire for young chicks, quarantine sick chicken, and good hide out place during hot/rainy days.

I used cap blocks to set my coop on, it's an 8 x 12 lean to shed. It's on a slop, so it's higher in the back.

The reason that I used 3 piles cement blocks is to avoid level the ground perfectly. It can be off any side by 1/4" or more without any issue. This method only good for small off ground coop. If you are going to use for large walk-in coop, it best to put more pile of cement block to support the weigh and prevent accident.
