So to make a long story short, theres a farm business(family friends) down the road that is helping to sell our chicks by going to different places such as fairs and selling chicks to people and they're doing it because, people would buy from a farm more likely then a kid. So i was talking to the farm owner and she said to make up a list of things and details of things the new chick owners should know, keep in mind these will go to people in the city who have little to no chicken knowledge... So things, big small details, temperature the chicks should be kept at, etc. I'll post my copy later when i have it done...

Thanks!
Kelsey

Don't forget info on the crop, the way they sleep, dust baths.
These 3 make worried newbie owners and entertaining newbie post.

I'd have a small list of normal things not to panic about:
1. Chicks suddenly plop down and fall asleep.
2. The bulge on the side of their neck is called a crop.
3. Dust baths and sunbaths are not signs of neurological distress

Give them this web site as a reference for everything. This place has it all.

That is the exact same thing I was going to say.
There is just too much stuff to list and this site has all the info new chicken owners will need.
