That has a nice ring to it. If it were me, I'd use it as the title of the poem.

That is a good idea. I am always slack at using titles, so that helps.

Titles can be difficult. On the other hand, they are helpful to the reader when they want to identify a poem.

I took a creative writing class once and we were never allowed to call something "untitled." That was pretty rough.

What I am: professor

What I should have been: fabulously wealthy professor who teaches only because she wants to, one in high demand whatever I want to teach course a semester!

And oh yeah to travel around the world doing "research" Yeah that's what it would be!!

Beach cultures.....

You could do a lot of "research" on beach cultures... like surfing, lying in hammacks, taste testing rum, eating seafood, watching shirtless guys on the beach compete for your attention.... the "research" possibilities are endless!



btw, A whole class of untitled would kill me!

I should have been a foreign exchange student while in college... I wanted to; financial aid would have covered it, but my mom was scared and told me not to go. My dream died there.

It's my only regret in life.
