What size am I lookin at here?

Three of my four white leghorns started laying a week ago and during tha time I got small eggs from all. This morning I got a huuuge egg. Will they all soon lay the large egg, small egg or will it vary? Which size Im I lookin' at down the road?

someone gave me a 2 yr. old leghorn and i gotta say, those birds lay huge eggs compared to most. amazing the size of the eggs compared to the hens. they are egg laying machines!

So true! Jumbo eggs out of a small hen. LH I just love them. The little stinker’s

Pullet eggs are generally small. Later in the laying cycle size will increase, and second year eggs will all be large/X large.

LH might not be pretty but they lay well and are very friendly.
