What size brooder for 24 Bantam chicks?

Hi there,
I will be purchasing chicks from my local hatchery early because they are offering free shipping but the chicks won't arrive until Febuary, I had to order 24 to make the limited quantity cut off which is just fine. I would like to put them in one of the giant card board boxes I have from moving this month but wondering exactly how much room they will need until they are old enough to sex and then sell...I really only need 10 hens and 3 roosters LOL. Anyways I am confident I can keep them all warm because they will be inside my house and out of the weather until fully feathered, just worried about how much space they will need.

With that many chicks I start out with a 4 x 4 cardboard box and when they are 4 weeks old I move them to two 4 x 4 boxes. You'll still need a heat lamp even if they are in the house

Hi, they will have a heat lamp, thank you for the advice, I have the PERFECT moving box, thank goodness I held onto it lol!
