What size coop is the ideal size?

Oh, I thought you were going to build and sell them and they were just displaying for you.
Is that something they are interested in doing, building and selling coops?

We've had a recent influx of Amish here, they are building a huge sheet metal facility to form siding and roofing.

Yes.....not me. Them. They are kids in their early 20's, with carpenter skills and time to work and are looking for projects like this in winter months when the produce stands are shut down for the winter. I suggested building chicken houses and they were not aware it was even an option.

The reason for me to get involved is to place the house on display....let the kids who would build it see it, see how to build it, and also to see what the public response is to convince them they can sell them.
