What snacks DON'T or chickens like???

My silkies dont like meal worms, but they love worms from the garden.

Seems everyones chickens have varying tastes like humans!

Mine absolutly LOVE tomatoes, broccolli and spinach. particulary home grown ones, they managed to break into my fenced areas until i made an enclosure for my veggies out of small bird wire. they just stick their head through regular chicken wire and push until they reach something!

They don't seem to care for potato skins, pumpkin, strawberrys and fruits with the large nut seed in the middle (apricots, nectarines ect)

But their most desired treat over anything is always wet bread! they go insane for it!

Mine really like homemade cornbread, and any kind of bread. If a loaf of something gets hard or dried out before we eat it, no problem, the girls think I am a gourmet chef. Oh and boy do they like pancakes too!

Mine like pancakes but they are not too keen on bread for some reason. Their special fav is fresh cold grapes. Yum!

Mine get bored with seasonal food, they really like it, but if they get it more than two or three times they will fuss at me, lol. They are spoiled. I make blue cornbread, and they will kill each other for it so scatter it out so there is no blood shed, lol.
