What snacks DON'T or chickens like???

Mine don't like potatoes, carrots, not too fond of lettuce. And when I try hanging food for their enjoyment,they just look at me like, "you must be kidding, put our food in the bowl where it belongs".

This is a sign that they have too many treats

Mine don't like strawberries at all or carrots but they love the carrots tops.

Mine dislike pumpkin, carrot skins, vegetable peels and all cooked leftovers so far except for scrambled eggs and oatmeal (I don't get this at all, I thought chickens ate everything in sight) They much prefer their layer feed, crushed eggshells, and a bit of scratch. They LOVE their leafy greens of any kind. RAW of course. And cherry tomatoes!

my two white broilers dont like carots but they go crazy for apples and scratch. we recently got a bunc of pumpkins and the love them problem is it gives them runny poop. Also in addition to citrus fruits the whole parsley plant is poisonous

Call me a bad parent but I always sneak in vegetable scraps they don't like inside a bowl of oatmeal which they love! But besides that they love berries, when in season its blueberries, elderberries, cherries, raspberries. But boy they love watermelon also. And certain time in seasons i take them for walks where raspberries are in fruit or to left over wheat from wheat field, it's a lot of work dragging them home though lol.

Ours love squash. If we half it for them, they will hollow it right out. And Cherry Tomatoes. It's like crack to them

. And the other day, my husband gave them leftover mashed potatoes. He said they had potatoe mustashes!
