What is the largest Mountain in Australia?

My mind first offered up Uluru, but it's not a mountain is it, it's a plateau right?

I know there's a mountain that gets snow! Mom told me about it... Would it be in southern Australia? Mother in my head says the climates are somewhat swapped from north to south what they would be here. Are there penguins at the south pole? Africa has penguins. I really love their cute beach penguins. I'm scared to look them up and see how they're doing after avian influenza hit their colonies. Sometimes it's better not to know.

Who can guess what this is? The hint is that it can have a very painful bite

On the topic of kookaburras, what is the significance of a kookaburra's laugh in the Dreamtime?

Which animal can shoot blood from it's eyes?

Idk 😭

How many kitties do you have 👀

WHICH!

2 Kitties have us, Mia Meowy (the snuggler) and Shadow kitteh (the floofy hockey player)

Blood? Hmm... I'm going to guess Platypus . Because if it's a weird trait, Platypus must have it. hehe

In the dreamtime, hmm. Well, I'm going to have to guess at that too. From what I recall, Didgeridoo songs and dreamtime are linked, conceptually. Lots of animal noises make up the Didge songs, to tell stories. Kind of like if there was a mouse noise, it would symbolize running (or something, again I'm guessing, lol, sorry any native Australian Aboriginal people who may be reading this poor Americans attempt).
So a Kookaburra laughing... well. All I remember is that when I was a kid and we visited, I thought there were monkeys outside the window! Everyone told me they do NOT sound like monkeys but I still think they do.
There's a reason they call it a laugh? So could it stand for humor, gaiety? Ok, I give up here, hehe.
