What tastes better Hen or Roo at 5 months of age?

At 5 months of age they are pretty ripened . Raising meat birds myself.....you can't tell the difference between a roo or a hen . One is bigger than the other..that's the only difference . The only advice I can give you is....butcher them earlier . The older they get...the tougher and more stringy they get . Sorry I couldn't help you more .
