What the flock is up!!! New member here!!!

I was hoping to breed and improve for show quality also I was excited to be able to raise and breed some of the rarest gamefowl out there the modern game but sadly I am down to only 5 modern games I'm desperately hoping they stay alive and that 1 dark Cornish and 1 buff cochin But I have emailed mcmurray and because my 48 hours end on a Saturday (they have a 48 hour guarantee) so I emailed them Friday and let them know I was having problems with the chicks and that I will be calling on Monday to get a refund for all losses I experience over the weekend I lost 19 within the 48 HR period and one after I have taken pictures then buried the dead chicks after the 48 hours were over so I can have proof of the amount of loss I experienced, they said they sorry for my loss and will be awaiting my phone call on Monday I just hope they honor their guarantee, I will let you know about my experience with customer service tomorrow.
Wow 19! That’s a lot! Did they take a long time to get to you or maybe those breeds don't do as well with travel?

Any updates on the refund?

I'm so sorry for the long periods between post but I am currently job hunting and have been very busy have worked in the oilfield a longtime but I felt I didn't have enough time for my kids and my chickens and if you want to raise the highest quality game fowl that you can it requires alot of time and attention so I am looking for something closer to home.
