If you look closely it has bars throughout the body, wings, neck and tail. Is that normal for the partridge color? I thought partridge was different shades of brown or blacks located in different parts of the body....

Well it looks to me that she has penciling, which is what the partridge color is ( basically brown pencilled) Here is a picture of a Partridge Plymoth Rock, which is what her pattern looks like if her feathers were not silkie-style. (Not my picture)

Barring is not uncommon in juveniles. It disappears when they mout into adults.
