What the heck happened to BYC?

Hi Kent LONG TIME NO SEE!!!!!!!!!

I, too, was wondering but sometimes the website said unavailable. Probably not as many people go there as we used to. This BYC here pretty much dominate the forums.

I sure hope some of the old timers would come back....you, Auntie Ron, Beeeeman, etc.

Kent, I've been a member of BYC for years, but sorry, I dont remember you. I think you will find that the Old BYC isn't really the old BYC anymore. The format was really mucked up and hard to get used to(my personal opinion) after YUKU took over and there isn't 1/10 the action that there used to be, though maybe that may change eventually. Some of the "oldies" are still cruising through there. You should give this one a chance, IMO. It's vital and active and fast-moving and an invaluable source of information and social interaction.

EDITED TO ADD: I liken the two to two different flavors of ice cream. Whatever floats your boat! And many people like more than one flavor.

Two messages boards, One community is what we were told! Rob & Terrie happens to join US over there quite often soooooooo........plus its linked with the BYC store which is original from there

I don't know you, but welcome back.

I don't love everything about this forum, but its easy to use and the people are friendly. I hope you give it a chance. Just ignore the bits you don't like, that's what I do and enjoy the rest.

If you have suggestions for improvement, Nifty-Chicken, the BYC website and message board owner is always open to suggestions. Email or PM him.

CC made it back after a long long absence. While still an admin here, she hasn't been around much, but she is back online and we hope to see her here.

The format here is faster and easier to go through. yuku is not. EZ might have been fancier but it is gone now.

The forums started out the same as CC's message board, but we have evolved with the sheer number of members needing and wanting different things. Onwards and upwards!
