This happened with my geese last November.
They acted like it was the breeding season.
They were breeding like crazy AND the girls laying eggs
regularly for a whole month or so.
I had not exhibited this type of behavior in previous years.
I have no explanation as far as why this occurs.
Their typical breeding season starts in mid Feb.
Last year after freaky November they stopped then started
up again but about 2 weeks later than usual.
It did not seem to effect their regular breeding season or
egg production but fertility was a bit low.
Sales for started youngsters and adult geese are very slow for me too.
Usually everything goes very fast but it's probably due to the poor economy.
I just lowered the price on my for sale geese too, so we shall see.
