What the heck is in my egg??

It doesn't look like an ovary.

I've had soft shelled eggs with the shell pigment on them before. That could be what this is. I'm still curious what was found inside it.

I have had a few slightly colored soft shelled eggs but nothing with that degree of rosiness. Never occurred to me to ask what color the shell of the whole thing was.... The thread starter seems to have forgotten about the thread, or is otherwise occupied. PM time!
