What the heck is this?? Must see picture

This is insane ! I have another lengthy thread going about one of my friends chickens that I THOUGHT had an impacted crop. I’m no longer convinced it is an impacted crop . This morning I got a lot of food into her and her ACTUAL crop swelled up. So this massive bump on the chicks chest/neck is probably a toumer or something ! And now ANOTHRR one of her chickens (the one in the pics above) seems to have a toumer . All the other chicks she’s has have flat flat heads . She initially thought she may have a rooster because of a bump. It could be an abscess too.
I’m fom Ontario, Canada .
I pretty much give up .

CHcken is behaving normally , eating drinking playing with others

Oh what's that I never saw this maybe Deform Skull? Or related to his breed ?

Could be something else too I am worried to see this and yes that bump is stretching skin above from skin so possibly it's growing outwards

That bump looks hard to me.could be a genetic issue tumor . Let him live as much as he want . As long as he's happy no issues

Not my chicken but my friend says it’s gotten bigger and bigger over the last week .itd not the breed, all other chicks have flat heads . She says the bump is more squishy than hard. Chick is eating drinking and acting normal . No signs of being pecked or anything like that . I’m contemplating pricking it with a sterilized pin but yikes ! I would hate to cause it more issues but also wonder if that’s all it needs !
The plan is to wait for now , and if the chick Stops acting normally I’ll have to make a decision on the pin thing
