What the heck is wrong with its butt!!!

This one Cornish cross isn't growing like everyone it's feathers aren't in like everyone else's but it's happy and eating a drinking. I will post a pic of its butt and then of another chick you can see how grown out the others feathers are! Any help?!?! Please!!!

Yes, cornish meat birds have not many feathers on their bottom

I also have 1 Cornish cross that's about 3 weeks old that's butt looks like that. Was also concerned because none of the other ones look like that.
