Yep looks like a silkie/ frizzle to me.I am currently trying to hatch some now so hoping to get a good hatch on them. They seem to becoming a popular breed. Then I am adding in some showgirls as well so should be an intersting lil flock
Well I'm no expert with Silkies, but I personally wouldn't get them as a breeding pair. They would create offspring with horribly weak, fraile feathers. . . And the rooster already has some pretty weird, stringy, "featherless" tailfeathers. They look kinda weird, but I don't often see Sizzles. Perhaps someone else with Silkie/Sizzle experience can chime in.
The female doesn't look as bad as the male, but that's a tiny puff of feathers over her head (kinda makes me think it isn't a she) so I'd look elsewhere. Just my opinion.

Definitely is a pair, the female lays eggs... and they are kept in horrible dirty conditions, both need a bath and some fresh air and a good feet cleaning IMO. I just feel sorry for them
