I'm completely smitten by our new boy...

He's got an awesome and hilarious, gentle personality - he cracks us up with his noises, poses, endless chattering and enthusiasm for life!

Unfortunately he arrived sick and took a dive for the worst Saturday, he almost died drowned by lung fluid, he was gasping for air in our arms, sneezing and coughing and crying... poor little one

We had to syringe Tylan-50 down his throat to get meds into him as he wasn't drinking, it was frightening to see an animal suffocate like that - but our little Tyler Durden's a fighter and with warmth, lots of rest and continued meds he's MUCH better now, almost ready to go back to his girls in a couple of days!

He still has some lung rattling but it's clearing up.

He's dirty and needs a bath, his nails are atrociously long, he's shedding old fluff and growing new feathers - he's almost 2 years old and lived in a small dark box most of his life, poor thing... He'll get the VIP spa treatment as soon as he's all better as I do not want to stress his immune system in any way.

What do you think of him?

Is he a partridge sizzle? Silkie mixed with frizzle? or?

frizzled partridge silkie, or maybe a buff/black silkie splash. i have one, but he's black with little buff, not buff with a little black.... i'd get him either way!
