What time do yours go to bed (roost)?

I have 3 pens, and they all have differing bedtimes. Is that unusual? My three Cuckoo Marans are the first ones to go roost, before 8PM. The main group of 44 mixed (see my signature) wait until 8:45PM to begin their arguing on the roosts. Now, the Silkies would stay out all night I think, if I didn't start them up the ramp to turn in. Will they (Silkies) ever go in on their own? Once I get a couple started in, the others join in.

Mine start going in about 8:00, but they go in and out for a while. Then they stay put at 8:45. Sometimes if I go up too early to close them in, they think I have a treat and hop back out.

8:30 is when I usually round them up for the night this time of year. They've only been in the coop for a week and aren't putting themselves to bed quite yet on their own. Usually one or two will go in on their own, but when they realize someone else is still in the run, they go back outside. Using a light in the coop to 'train' them to put themselves to bed right now.
