Integrated….but not?

Everyone who said the younger pullets would eventually mix in more with the older hens was absolutely right.

The past 4 or 5 days it’s like a switch flipped. Everyone is hanging out in the run together.

Thank god because teenage chickens are just as gross as teenage humans. They were sleeping, preening and hanging out on the poop board in the coop for the most part. Smashing and laying in the piles of poop, breaking them down into itty bitty pieces and then eating the poop too. 🤢🤢

This forced me to have to sift every bit of pdz on the board to clean up everyday instead of just scoop a couple piles.
