What Time Does Your Peas Lay Eggs?

I thought mine layed in the late evening but I went out there at 9:00 pm one night and no eggs and the hens were on their roost asleep. Then I checked he next morning at 6:00 am and I see 2 eggs. So I'mnot sure the exact times, so I guess it's between 9:00 pm - 6:00 am.

I have been told they lay around sunset but since I am out at the pea place only a few days a week and usually at different times, I do not get to see. All the girls I have are 3 to 10 years old. Can't wait to get them home and set a schedule.
