What time in the morning do you let your chickens out of the coop?

Going to add an additional question here,

When is the best time to close the coop door at night?
Still learning, thank you
I let mine out at daybreak and put them in at sunset, the actual time varies depending on what season it is. In the winter when it gets light much later I do still get them up around 6 or 630am (sometimes a little earlier depending on when I get up) by turning on a shop light that's hanging in the run for a short time. They will get up earlier with a light but I've found they will not stay up past sunset even with a light on.
