What to do about a duck who keeps falling over on his back.....we found him four times now!

The only thing I've been giving then is the starter grow crumble, I was told that at 10 weeks I should start giving them finish grow crumble or something along those lines but he seems to run walk and swim fine there's just that occasional little fall down

I'd still supplement with either brewers yeast, nutritional yeast[not baking yeast] or plain niacin for at least till 10 weeks it's inexpensive and maybe just what this lil one needs to get through this. I sprinkled a Tablespoon of BY to 1 cup of feed other use plain niacin 200 megs crushed and added to 1 gal of drinking water. Even if it's doing everything else normal falling onto it's back is not normal for a duckling.

Which one is the most healthy and best for them? I've heard a lot of options I just wanna make sure my little guys are on top of their health and I'm not entirely sure the guy at the pet store gave me this, he said it was for ducklings

And it maybe but some water fowl just need more than others. I use an all flock feed formulated for all poultry including water fowl but still used Brewers yeast just to make sure they got all niacin they needed while growing so fast. Sure can't hurt. I actually had a hard time reading most of the ingredients and vitamins on the bag sorta blurry or maybe just my eyes lol

What is water fowl?? & the ingredients are; ground sorghum, dehulled solvent extracted soybean meal, ground corn, meat & bone meal, calcium carbonate, cane molasses, sodium chloride, mono - Dicalcium phosphate, choline chloride, zinc oxide, manganous oxide, b 12 supplement , D3 vitamin ect but with the Brewers yeast, I just put some in their water or in their food till about 10 weeks?

water fowl is ducks/ geese. You can try it in their water if you want some do that. I put it over their feed and make sure they eat it all before putting more feed down that way I know they are getting all the BY I have put on top. it will mingle with the feed as they eat it. Looks like the feed isn't giving them all they need not saying it isn't good feed just doesn't look good for ducklings. I'd dif get the Brewers yeast. You could go with a grower and mix what you have left in with it so your not wasting it. I use an All flock feed called Purina Flock Raiser which is formulated for all poultry and still use the BY just to make sure my babies get a good start.

Thanks so much!!
Now I do have electro lights to keep them more hydrated, is it good for them or should I wait on it ?
