what to do when eggs arrive???

When my eggs arrive, what am I supposed to do? I thought I remember reading something about them getting to room temperature.

I've heard that you want to leave them out at room temp for 8-12 hours.

When your eggs arrive, unwrap and check them over for breakage...toss those...set them big end up in an egg carton to warm up to your room temps, let set from 6 to 24 hrs...you should have had your incubator set up and temps/humidity regulated..then set them in the bator and start your hatch....good luck..
