I have 2 roosters and they are both pecking at my females. What can I do with them?

They are hurting themWell, lots of things. Eat them, give them away, build a whole new coop and run to keep them in, etc. I guess it depends what you want to do. If they are hurting your hens then they definitely shouldn't be staying with them.
What do you mean by pecking? Attacking them?

I have 3 meat hens and 14 laying hensIf they're injuring them, then they need to split away from them. From their age, it sounds as though they're just coming into their hormones, and they can be a bit rough when trying to mate the hens, but if they are causing actual injury, you need to keep them away from the hens.

Just because they are pecking or grabbing the back of their necks and the pullets are squaking doesn't mean it's anything out of the norm.
