ok, but should I peel them before I bottle them. I know that's the stupidest question anyone has ever asked but I've never eaten a pickled egg.
How bout a fabulous quiche or I have this recipe for a flourless chocolate cake that is just eggs, butter and semisweet chocolate. I think it takes about a dozen eggs and it's really good but the recipe is 3 pages long and you need all of the instructions. It's not hard but complicated... like how stiff the eggs have to be beaten to etc. You also have to bake it in a springform pan inside another pan full of water but it's worth the read.
My quiche is easy as pie! I'll see if I can get it posted.
My husband says eat more potato salad. You can use as many eggs in that as potatos or even more.
egg salad sandwhiches. He said if you make the potato salad invite him over and he'll take half dozen egg omlet for breakfast
