what to do with old quail eggs

I supply a local pet shop with quail eggs, recently theres been a few sitting there, i decided to remove some older eggs today, has anybody got any ideas on what to do with them apart from throw them away? Thanks

My dog will wrestle you for a egg of any kind.... I always open them and never let her break the shell. So as to not induce her helping herself when Im not around.... I give her every broken egg I have, several a night between all the pens.....
