What to do with the one that always pecks you repeatedly...?

I guess it hard to explain...

She is not agressive towards the flock. She actually stays back, scared and shy.
She is definitely not the dominate hen. None of my hens are really aggressive towards each other although the big ones do push the little ones around when it comes to feeding time, etc. and she is next to smallest.

I'm going to work with her and see how it goes.
I hate to have to put her down because she would only make one meal for my family, when her eggs would provide much more.

Thanks everyone!

.....What a hen does not do: Pick up another hen and carry her around. Stomp and scream at another hen. Hold another hen on the ground~ unless she is pecking her head pretty hard in the process.

You'll get farther on managing flock behaviors if you can communicate on their level.
Great points...tho maybe not for this situation, but certainly applies to others.

Maybe she's low hen...and is taking it out on you.
