What to do with umpteen dozen eggs LOL

Had planned a bunch o baking over Thanksgiving but had 3 deer to process so didnt happen. So hopefully I will get it done over Xmas break. Any good ideas.

Those pink pickled eggs in the giant jar always intrigued me at the town store.( Geesh. i sound old. ..feel old. Could it be?)
ANYHOW, they say your mind can't stay on subject as you age...Aughh.
Pickle those eggs! Tell me how they turned out. I always thought I'd die if i ate one. So I never did. never tried the pig's feet or the fluorescent sausage either.
