Pickled eggs, egg salad, treats for the critters, and my all time favorite thing to do when we have lots of extras... creme brulee or egg custard.

If or when I get too many I'm planning to give them to a shelter across the street. Of course I'm in the city, and we have lots of homelessness.

I feed some to the dog, and of course, you can always boil or scramble them and feed them back to your hens!

Anyone ever tried freezing deviled eggs or egg salad... doesn't seem like it'd be a good idea, but figure why not ask?

If you could then that would definitely be a possible use for an excess...

Home made angel food cakes freezes well and takes a dozen eggs, or bring them to a local food cupboard.
