What to feed 9 week old chicks

My pullets are 9 weeks old and finishing off their chick feed. Before I buy another bag of food, what should I buy? I see starter/grower 20% or grower/finisher 15%.

I feed chick feed all the way to first eggs showing up.

I only switch once most of mine are laying.

That is what I would do.

You can do either. I would switch to grower but you can continue with starter if you prefer.

I feed either a Non-Medicated Starter-Grower 18% or a All-Flock Flock Raiser crumble 20% after 10 weeks old and throughout Adulthood.
From day old Chicks through 10 weeks, I feed a Medicated Start and Grow 18%.
I would never feed a 15% Protein feed to my Chickens.
If you're like many BYC owners, "me included" you give your chickens treats, like Scratch Grains, Greens or Kitchen and Table scraps which dilutes Protein. GC
