What to feed baby mallard

So I was told that they are at “full capacity and cannot accept any patients at this time”. They said to limit my interaction with him too.

And how in the world do you do that its so tiny and it will have to be fully feathered and flying before it could be released plus it will be dependent on you since you have to feed the little one
