What to feed call ducks to keep them small?

I have 5 adult call ducks and 4 babies in a brooder.. What is a good feed to feed them to keep them small? I also have chickens and turkeys in with them.. Is there anything natural I can get that will help them? Worms, grubs, etc... that is benefitial to them and will also be ok for the chickens??/

You can't feed them something that will keep them small. They will grow as big as their genetics dictate. Worms, grubs etc are good for them and part of their diet in the wild.

Thanks.. I had heard that the more "natural" food they were fed, the better for them...
