What to feed newly hatch chicks

I bought starter for my chicks, I wonder if you feed your chicks crumbles? The size seems large for the chick's bead.

I feed mine chick starter or flock raiser. The crumbles should be fine and there's nothing else you should really be feeding them yet anyways. I'm sure it will be fine.

Mine get MannaPro chick starter and a little ultrakibble thrown in. They surely seem to like it and are growing well.
