I have 24 Layers (Isa browns & buufs) they are 15 wks. old and 1-2 have started laying and I just bought 2 bags of flock raiser. Should I finish out the flock raiser with some oyster shell on the side or start mixing the FR with layena. I hate to waste the FR and storing for fall meaties in this heat is not an option. Please help.

    Thank you

I'd just finish it out and keep the oyster shell out free choice. That's how I've been feeding my flock all Spring/Summer because I have chicks out with the layers and it's soooo much easier to have them all on one type of feed.
