What took my chickens?

I have fifteen chickens we put them up at night. When I went to put them up they were all gone without a single feather left behind. We had a rooster, and two sheep in the pen with them. We have two German shepherds close by. They never showed any signs of distress and whatever took the hens took the rooster too. What is going on???

I have never heard of anything like that before, i'm so sorry about your losses! maybe a hawk? could somebody have stolen them? @casportpony.

Did you see any print's on the ground that don't normally belong? 15 chicken's disappearing has to have left some sort of sign.

My guess is it was a pair of foxes.They can grab a bird and be gone in a flash and not leave a feather on the ground sometimes. Birds of prey can't carry off a flock of 15 birds.

I agree that it had to have been something on foot to have been able to take that many.

We have cattle fence and we lock them in their coop every night.

Not any that we can tell and the dogs would have been going crazy or at least the sheep.

Unless it might have been a person that did it, and the dog's knew that person?
