Hi, Somewhat depressing post but I just found two of my chickens dead and two missing. The two that I found were missing their heads (I didnt take any pictures) and I cannot find two - or any traces of them. I think it happened early this morning as my neigbhor messaged me about 9:am to let me know that one of the survivors was across the road in her yard.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what would kill two, leaving their heads, but take two with them? Could it be a fox mom and her kits? I live in southern Quebec if that helps.
