What treat did your chickies get today?

Spangled OEGB chicks almost 1 month...
they got cold cantaloupe(trimmed off softer bits from the one we ate last night) and LOVE it.
The heat index was nearly 100 today and they are outside in the shade but it is still hot out there. I figured some nice cool treats would be appreciated.
Tomorrow-watermelon!

I picked up watermelon, cantaloupe, and ears of corn to give everyone as treats tomorrow. Going to trim some garden herbs for those still in the brooder--thyme mostly.

With all the rain my girls got to come out and play for about 45 minutes. They enjoyed some shrimp and grits yesterday!
