What tricks does your horse do?

We used to unplug the electric fence and our gelding knows how to maneuver through the 3 strands but I guess he has actually taught us tricks because he knows whenever he gets out we come runnin after him with a bucket of feed. He also herds my 2 clydesdale mares into 1 stall and stands at the door. . . I guess he thinks he's a stallion. Oh well the jokes on him. Oh but he can hug and kiss.

I have a Dutch Warmblood gelding who Ive taught to bow. Seems to work best when theres a horse cookie involved.

Also a Haflinger filly who likes to crush fence panels...

My horse is learning the fundamentals of bowing and has the foundation for Spanish walk, i just have not continued it. She will Rear and is also has liberty training. It's a WIP when were get tired of our regular riding.

I would like to caution people who teach their horse to Spanish walk or rear because if not taught properly it can be very dangerous!

I am working on smile with my 23 year old quarter horse. Also bow for a cookie. He also will "hug" wrap his neck around me. He seems to very much love the attention and even at his age enjoys learning. When I go him he was starved in bad shape and had major trust issues. He and I just really seem to click. Horses are like people some click and some don't.

Yes, mine know that one too! Its like magic, I hate to pay off a vet bill, because they can magically make one instantly appear to take its place!

Ropo at least Max just fart. My gelding Rex will poop on you every time you pick up his back feet even if you wait say 10mins in between. Oh and he loves to be hosed on a hot day that I just have to stand in one spot and he will turn himself all around.
