What two bantams do I have? Silkie????

I have two bantams and we’re not sure what they are. The one has grey beak/feet and the other one is SO small and seems like it hasn’t grown much since having them. Any help? I was thinking a Cochin for the white but then maybe a silkie? Has feathers in the feet too.

The white one is a Silkie and the smaller one is a Golden Laced Sebright.
