I know these are both Cockerals but could do with knowing what type they are?
They are bullying my other chickens so am thinking of getting rid of them. They are pure breeds so someone might be intrested in them but need to know what type they are first.

    Thanks

Unless it's just the sun shining funny, I see a lot of red in them. That makes me think they're barred rock or cuckoo marans / red sex link mixes. If they were purebred, they wouldn't have the red in their feathers.

True, the second one does have red (unless the light, like the previous person said). A mix is probably right.

Sex link roosters... Mix of a red dad and a barred rock mom.

Niether are purebred. But... if you wish to get rid of them, some folks do not care. Especially if they intend to process them for the freezer.

    This.

If you feel you need to call them something, call them black sex link roosters, although that second one has far more color than I've ever seen on a bsl. But they all taste the same............
