I'm doing a bedding project, and I thought it would be interesting to see which types of bedding are most commonly used.
Also, how often do you change/add bedding?
Thanks in advance.

I use pine shaving with a poop board inside the coop; clean the poop tray daily to compost. The pine shaving bedding is clean out completely every 2 weeks, dump it into the run for deep litter method. I rake the run at least once a day. Nesting box uses artificial turf, shake it out once a week or as needed.

I use pine shavings as well.I clean them out when they start to have a hint of a bad smell.nonetheless,it takes a month before I will change.
